Deep Drawn Components for HVAC & Refrigeration

Seamless drawn accumulator shells, muffler bodies, filter-drier housings, receivers and expansion tanks for HVAC and refrigeration — in steel, stainless and copper alloys.

Refrigerant parts have to hold pressure and stay leak-free for the life of the unit. A seamless deep drawn shell has no weld seam to crack and a wall you can hold to a few hundredths of a millimetre from base to shoulder — that uniform wall is what carries a part through the burst and leak tests your customer runs. We draw accumulator and receiver shells, muffler and silencer bodies, filter-drier housings and expansion tanks, keep internal surfaces clean enough for brazing, and check wall thickness, roundness and concentricity on the CMM.

HVAC parts are rarely one draw. A deep receiver or an expansion tank is staged across two or three draws, sometimes with an intermediate anneal, so the wall thins evenly instead of failing at the shoulder. That staged-draw control — more than raw press capacity — is what decides whether your part passes the pressure test.

How We Draw for HVAC & Refrigeration

Seamless pressure shells drawn at Aunov

Seamless Pressure Shells

Receivers and accumulator shells drawn in one piece — no longitudinal weld, no leak path.

Uniform wall thickness control at Aunov

Uniform Wall Thickness

Multi-stage draws and blank-holder control keep the wall even from base to shoulder.

Brazing-ready HVAC parts checked on the CMM

Brazing-Ready & Verified

Clean internal surfaces for brazing, with wall thickness and roundness verified on the CMM.

HVAC & Refrigeration Parts We Make

Also drawn for HVAC and refrigeration: receiver and accumulator shells, muffler and silencer bodies, filter-drier housings, expansion tanks and fan-motor cans.

Materials & Finishes

Cold-rolled steel SPCC / SPCE / DC01 for plated and painted shells; stainless SUS304 / SUS316 where the refrigerant circuit or the environment demands corrosion resistance; copper and brass for fittings and small drawn bodies. Finishes include zinc and nickel plating, powder coating and painting, with mill certificates traced from coil to carton.
