A Deep Drawing Factory Built for Volume Production
Aunov Tech Co., Ltd. is a precision deep drawing and metal stamping manufacturer based in Hangzhou, China. We produce deep drawn shells, housings, tubes and caps in cold-rolled steel, stainless steel (SS304/SS316), copper, brass and aluminum — from prototype tooling through to millions of parts per year.
Tooling designed and built in-house
Our own tool room designs, machines and maintains every progressive and transfer die we run. That means faster sampling, tighter control over draw ratios and wall thinning, and no third-party tooling delays when your design changes.
Press capacity from 5T to 250T
Multiple press lines cover small prototype runs and high-volume automotive programs alike. Deep drawing depths up to 150 mm, material thickness from 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm, with automated feeding and in-line lubrication for repeatable geometry part after part.
Quality documented, batch by batch
CMM and optical inspection, full dimensional reports, material certificates and PPAP documentation on request. Every batch is inspected before it ships — not sampled from the warehouse afterwards. Incoming material is verified to spec before it reaches the press.
Secondary operations under one roof
Trimming, punching, threading, tapping, CNC machining, welding, deburring, polishing, anodizing and electroplating are coordinated in one supply chain. You receive finished, assembly-ready parts instead of managing five separate vendors.
Working with overseas buyers
We quote from your 2D drawing, 3D model or physical sample. English-speaking project engineers respond within 24 hours, provide DFM feedback before tooling starts, and follow your drawings to GD&T standard. Tooling typically samples in 3–4 weeks from PO.
Industries we serve
Automotive motor components, wiper motor housings, sensor housings, refrigeration and air-conditioning parts, valve and tube assemblies, battery cans, electrical switchgear housings, and general industrial enclosures.

Common Questions from Buyers
What is your minimum order quantity for custom deep drawn parts?
For new tooling we typically start from 1,000 pieces per part number, though prototype and short-run quantities can be accommodated depending on the drawing. For repeat orders on existing tooling, smaller batches are possible.
How long does it take to get a quotation?
Send your drawing, 3D file or sample through our contact form and an engineer will reply within one business day with pricing, tooling cost and lead time.
What materials can you deep draw?
Cold-rolled carbon steel (SPCC, DC01–DC06), stainless steel (SS304, SS316, SS430), copper, brass, aluminum and nickel alloys. We will advise the most drawable grade for your part geometry and surface finish requirement.
Do you provide PPAP and quality documentation?
Yes. We supply dimensional inspection reports, material certificates, and PPAP documentation for automotive and regulated-industry programs. First article inspection reports are standard on new tooling.
Can you handle the full part — not just the drawing?
Yes. Trimming, threading, machining, surface finishing, plating and assembly are coordinated in-house and through vetted partners, so you receive ready-to-use components rather than raw stamped shells.
