Before You Ask
What file formats do you accept for quoting?
STEP and DWG are ideal. We also accept DXF, IGES, PDF prints, and photos or sketches with key dimensions. Files up to 10 MB attach directly in the form; larger packs can be zipped.
Are my drawings and project details confidential?
Yes. Files are stored on our secured server and visible only to the engineers quoting your part. We happily sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send anything — just ask in the message field.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
There is no strict MOQ. Tooling amortization makes very small runs expensive per piece, but we regularly support pilot lots and bridge production while your program ramps up.
How fast will I get a quotation?
Standard drawings are quoted within 24 hours on working days. Complex multi-stage parts may take 2–3 days because we calculate draw ratios and check material availability before committing to a price.
