Deep Drawn Parts for Electrical & Electronic Enclosures

Drawn motor cans, end caps, capacitor and battery cases, shielding cans and junction-box covers — in steel, aluminium and stainless.

Electrical parts are made in numbers. A drawn can or cover has to hit tolerance every time across a run of hundreds of thousands, keep a plating that will not flake, and cost what the bill of materials allows. We run these parts on progressive and single-station presses with automated tapping and assembly in line, and control burrs, roundness and flatness at the press. Because we draw, machine and finish under one roof, the part you approve in the sample report is the part we ship at volume.

The difficult geometry in electrical work is usually concentricity — a motor can whose bore and end face must run true, or a shield that has to seat squarely in an assembly. We hold those features at the draw and the secondary operation, then verify them on the CMM and 2D vision system before packing.

Electrical & Electronic Parts We Make

Also drawn for electrical and electronics: capacitor and battery cans, shielding cans, lamp holders, terminal cups and heat-sink enclosures.

Materials & Finishes

SPCC and galvanised steel for plated cases and covers; aluminium for light, thermally active housings; SUS304 for corrosion resistance; copper and brass for contacts and small drawn bodies. Parts are supplied ready for zinc, nickel or tin plating, powder coating and painting, with automated tapping and assembly available in line.
