CNC Machining Service
CNC Machining Service

Aunov Tech manufactures the CNC Machining Service in brass or stainless steel on a single production floor. In service, the CNC machined part carries the controlled features that forming alone cannot hold. Die work, machining and CMM inspection are all in-house, so the approved sample defines every later batch without handing the part to another vendor.

Product overview

What defines this metal component is, wall thickness control, flange geometry and the sealing surface, audited against the approved sample at each production release.

Tooling and finishing for this metal component run under one roof, so a change of wall or hole does not restart the programme, and the same die can be re-cut from the original data.

How it is manufactured

Every metal component follows the same routed path: Bar stock is sawn and then machined on CNC turning and milling centres; in-process gauging runs alongside the machines on longer batches.

Each machining service shipment is verified against the master sample before it leaves the shop. The signed machining service sample remains the reference and is kept with the job file.

Materials and finishing

Standard stock includes cold-rolled steel (SPCC / DC01), 304 / 316 stainless, aluminium, brass, copper and bronze with this metal component costed in carbon steel or stainless.

Coating and polishing are matched to the end use: zinc and nickel plating, chrome, anodising, powder coating and passivation. The finish on this metal component is locked to the drawing revision, so later orders match.

Repeat machining service orders are measured against the approved sample, so neither material nor finish drifts between lots. The approved machining service sample governs later runs, and any grade change is agreed in writing first.

Quality control

Quality management is certified to ISO 9001: mill certificates cover every delivery of stock, first-article geometry is confirmed on the CMM, and routine sampling keeps batches aligned with the first article. First-article inspection of the machining service runs on the CMM: thread classes gauged, diameters logged. Functional testing – torque, leak or pressure – can be written into the plan, and results travel with the batch paperwork.

Where the part is used

The metal component sits in industrial and appliance assemblies in both OEM and aftermarket supply.

The same metal component is often run in more than one assembly, so the tightest tolerance in the family sets the spec, and cost per piece stays at the volume tier.

BrandAUNOV
DesigningQuotation follows the print, not a catalogue – samples are reverse-measured into a controlled drawing; the approved drawing is kept as the controlled master.
ToolingProgressive and drawing dies are designed and built in house, so die cost stays transparent, and the charge is refundable against agreed volumes.
SamplesFirst-article samples ship with a dimensional report and material certificate, so the part is proven before it is made in volume, and production starts only after your written sign-off.
MaterialsStandard stock: carbon steel (SPCC / DC01), 304 / 316 stainless, aluminium, brass; material substitutes are proposed only with your written approval.
Surface finishSurface treatment matched to the duty: plating, coating or polishing; the agreed finish travels with the part number.
ProcessingCNC turning from bar or billet, concentricity held across operations; first articles verify the whole flow before the run is released.
Equipment12 CNC turning centres with automatic bar feeders, with in-house toolmaking to keep dies and fixtures maintained.
Tolerance+/-0.005 mm achievable on ground faces where the print demands it; capability is checked on the first article before the run continues.
Delivery termsFOB, with DDP offered for EU and US addresses, T/T with deposit and L/C for larger runs; price breaks tie to annual volume.
