Stainless couplings and ring fittings, turned with bores and set-screw flats. Couplings transmit torque; runout at the bore is the spec that decides whether they do it smoothly, so we hold bore-to-OD concentricity closely.
Function and Design
Rings locate and seal. Drawn ring sections have uniform walls and clean edges, so gaskets seat evenly and the assembly torques down without pinch points.
What Makes It Work
- Washdown, humidity and process media are met by stainless, not by a coating.
- Cleaning and deburring are part of the process, not an afterthought at packing.
- Volume pricing is supported by in-house tooling and long-run press and machining capacity.
- Material: Material for the coupling is stainless steel (304 / 316); the final grade is fixed in writing at drawing review.
- Process: CNC turning with drilling and tapping finished on the machining centre for the coupling.
- Finish: Surface treatment for the coupling is picked for its working environment, not from a catalogue.
- Size: Size per customer drawing.
- Custom: Custom production of the coupling to print, MOQ set by the drawing rather than a catalogue.
Where It Is Used
Typical applications include instrumentation fittings, pump and valve assemblies, electronic and telecom enclosures.
Why Source It From Aunov
We machine in house on maintained turning and milling centres. PPAP-level files, material certs and dimensional reports for the coupling are available on request.
Request OEM pricing and a free coupling sample; manufacturability is reviewed before you commit.
