CAPABILITY · FINISHING

Secondary Operations & Finishing

CNC trimming and turning, laser welding, plating and anodising, assembly and export packing — finished parts, not half-finished blanks.

MACHINING & JOINING

From Drawn Blank to Finished Print

A drawn blank is rarely the finished part. Our CNC cells turn, mill, drill and trim drawn shells to final print — sealing faces, threads, cross-holes and chamfers machined in the same shop that drew the shell. Parts that need joining go to our laser welding and riveting stations; assemblies that need hardware go through our automatic tapping and assembly lines.

What happens after the draw
✓CNC turning & milling — sealed faces, threads and tolerances to ±0.02 mm on critical features
✓Laser welding & riveting — bracket and boss joining with minimal heat distortion
✓Automatic tapping & assembly — hardware installed and torque-checked in-house
✓Washing & deburring — parts arrive clean, not polished promises
SURFACE TREATMENT & PACKING

Protected to the Port, Finished to the Print

Surface treatment is where drawn parts meet their environment. We manage electroplating (zinc, nickel, tin), anodising, polishing, phosphating and blackening — with salt-spray verification on our own floor rather than trusting a certificate blindly. Export packing is part of the same discipline: VCI paper, foam separators and cartons engineered for sea freight, so a mirror-polished shell looks the same in Ohio as it did in Hangzhou.

Finished to the print, protected to the port
Finishing and packing
✓Plating & conversion coatings — zinc, nickel, tin, phosphating, blackening
✓Anodising & polishing — aluminum anodised to spec; cosmetic shells polished in-house
✓Corrosion verification — salt-spray tested to the hours your spec calls out
✓Export packing — VCI and foam-pack cartons built for ocean freight
