Aunov Tech builds this Stainless steel deep drawn pump tube in stainless steel, from coil or bar through to the finished surfaces. In the assembly, the deep drawn tube provides a sealed cylindrical body the assembly builds into. Forming, machining and inspection share one floor, keeping first-article quality through scheduled runs with no third party in the loop.
Product overview
The specification of this stainless steel tube turns on, the forming route, the tolerance band and the sealing faces, all held to the drawing and verified at first article.
The whole route from die to finished stainless steel tube stays in house, so a drawing change is absorbed in one step, and the same die can be re-cut from the original data.
How it is manufactured
Production of this stainless steel tube is locked to one route: The shell is drawn from a blank in successive stages, annealed where the wall thins; secondary machining holds the seats, threads and faces that forming cannot produce.
Repeat pump tube orders are measured against the approved sample, so neither material nor finish drifts between lots. The signed pump tube sample remains the reference and is kept with the job file.
Materials and finishing
Our stock list runs to carbon steel SPCC / DC01, 304 and 316 stainless, aluminium, brass and copper and this stainless steel tube is costed in 304 / 316 stainless steel.
Coating selection follows the duty – indoor, outdoor or under-hood: zinc and nickel plating, chrome, anodising, powder coating and passivation. The finish on this stainless steel tube is locked to the drawing revision, so later orders match.
Each pump tube shipment is verified against the master sample before it leaves the shop. Mill certificates are filed per heat, so pump tube traceability survives a change of material batch.
Quality control
An ISO 9001 certified system governs production: mill certificates cover every delivery of stock, first-article geometry is confirmed on the CMM, and production batches are inspected on a sampling plan. First article of the pump tube carries wall thickness data. Functional testing – torque, leak or pressure – can be written into the plan, with certificates included in the shipment file.
Typical applications
The stainless steel tube sits in pumps, valves and hydraulic equipment across automotive, appliance and industrial programmes.
Drawings for this stainless steel tube are adapted across programmes, so one approved version covers the whole range, and the die does not have to change.
Specifications
| Item | Stainless steel deep drawn pump tube |
|---|---|
| Brand | AUNOV |
| Designing | Quotation follows the print, not a catalogue – DFM notes are returned before any tooling is cut; revisions are re-quoted once rather than silently absorbed. |
| Tooling | Dies are maintained by stroke count, so tooling condition does not drift mid-order. |
| Samples | The sample you approve becomes the gauge reference for production. |
| Materials | Standard stock: carbon steel (SPCC / DC01), 304 / 316 stainless, aluminium, brass; the final grade is fixed with the drawing review. |
| Surface finish | Surface treatment matched to the duty: plating, coating or polishing; masking and laser marking available where needed. |
| Processing | Multi-stage deep drawing with interstage annealing, trimmed and pierced in following dies; every stage is logged against your part number. |
| Equipment | Mechanical presses from 5 to 250 T and hydraulic presses 250-500 T, with in-line annealing furnaces, backed by CNC turning centres and a climate-controlled inspection room. |
| Tolerance | +/-0.1 mm general on drawn sections, +/-0.03 mm on machined seats; critical dimensions carry CMM data with the shipment. |
| Delivery terms | Order ships FOB unless you prefer DDP; payment by T/T or L/C, freight quoted to destination. |
