A precision aluminum motor mount frame, milled from plate with located bores and flat pad faces. The frame holds a motor in exact alignment – flatness of the pads matters as much as the bores, and both are checked on our CMM.
Function and Design
Frames set the geometry of everything mounted to them. Ours are machined flat and square with located bores, so assembly aligns by design rather than by shims.
What Makes It Work
- The page shows the family; your version is made to your print and quoted from it.
- Paperwork matches the parts: material certs and dimensional reports on request.
- Trial quantities are quoted alongside volume pricing, so you can prove the part first.
- Material: Grade set by the print; for motor mount frame work we regularly run carbon steel, 304/316 stainless, aluminium and brass.
- Process: bar-fed CNC turning, with the motor mount frame milled in the same clamping.
- Finish: The motor mount frame ships natural unless the print calls for plating or coating.
- Size: To your print; dimensioned sketches can be advised before the motor mount frame is quoted.
- Custom: The motor mount frame is made to print – low MOQ on standard items, volume pricing on repeats.
Where It Is Used
In service you will find this part in electronic and telecom enclosures, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, pump and valve assemblies.
Our Production Advantage
Bar-fed cells run unattended for consistency, and any dimension that drifts stops the cell. Ask for motor mount frame material certs, dimensional reports or PPAP-level files.
OEM pricing and free samples on request, with manufacturability checked before quotation.
