Aunov Tech manufactures the Deep drawn frame in stainless steel on a single production floor. In service, the deep drawn part carries the formed geometry the assembly needs at volume. Die work, machining and CMM inspection are all in-house, keeping first-article quality through scheduled runs with no third party in the loop.
Product overview
The drawing for this metal frame fixes, draw depth, wall band and the surfaces that forming cannot hold, all held to the drawing and verified at first article.
The press shop and machine shop that make this metal frame share one floor, which keeps the sample loop inside our own schedule, with process data archived for repeat orders.
How the part is produced
Production of this metal frame is locked to one route: The shell starts as coil or blank and is drawn through single and progressive dies; piercing and trimming are done in the same die line.
Every frame order keeps its trace back to the approved first article, and a reorder is a repeat rather than a new start. Any change to the frame drawing is re-approved and re-verified before production continues.
Materials and finishing
Everything is drawn from a fixed stock list: cold-rolled steel (SPCC / DC01), 304 / 316 stainless, aluminium, brass, copper and bronze and this metal frame runs in carbon steel or stainless.
Finish selection follows the working environment: zinc and nickel plating, chrome, anodising, powder coating and passivation. It is written into the drawing for this metal frame, so it cannot drift between batches.
The approved sample governs later runs, with mill certificates filed per heat.
Quality control
Production runs under an ISO 9001 certified quality system: mill certificates cover every delivery of stock, the first article is CMM-measured against the print, and every production run is inspected against the first-article report. The frame first article is CMM measured – threads gauged to class, diameters on the record. Where the application asks for it, torque, leak or pressure testing is added to the plan, and the report is packed with the shipment.
Applications
The metal frame is fitted into industrial machinery and equipment assemblies in volume programmes as well as aftermarket supply.
A single design of this metal frame is often reused across a product family, so one approved version covers the whole range, and cost per piece stays at the volume tier.
Specifications
| Item | Deep drawn frame |
|---|---|
| Brand | AUNOV |
| Designing | Send drawings, or send a sample to be measured – samples are reverse-measured into a controlled drawing; the same drawing is used for every repeat order. |
| Tooling | Progressive and drawing dies are designed and built in house, so no tooling step is outsourced, and ownership is confirmed on the quotation. |
| Samples | The sample you approve becomes the gauge reference for production. |
| Materials | Carbon steel (SPCC / DC01), 304 / 316 stainless, aluminium, brass and copper – the grade is matched to the duty of this frame. |
| Surface finish | Plating, coating or polishing to suit the drawing; alternatives quoted with the quotation, samples approved in writing. |
| Processing | Deep drawing from coil or blank, with in-process annealing so walls thin evenly; every stage is logged against your part number. |
| Equipment | Press shop running 5-250 T mechanical and 250-500 T hydraulic presses, annealing ovens on site; secondary ops run on CNC turning centres, inspection on the CMM. |
| Tolerance | +/-0.05 mm to +/-0.1 mm across the part, wall thickness held to print; capability is checked on the first article before the run continues. |
| Delivery terms | Incoterms FOB as standard with DDP on request; sea and air options priced with the order. |
