Aunov Tech supplies the Power window regulator motor housing as a stainless steel component manufactured entirely in house. Once installed, the window lift motor housing drives the window regulator gearing and carries the motor internals. Forming and machining share equipment, staff and batch records, so first-article dimensions hold through volume batches under one roof.
Product overview
What defines this metal housing is, the forming route, the tolerance band and the sealing faces, recorded on the inspection report for every batch.
The whole route from die to finished metal housing stays in house, which keeps revision loops short and samples fast, and the same die can be re-cut from the original data.
How it is manufactured
Production follows a defined route: Coil is blanked and drawn through progressive and single-stage dies; threads are single-pointed or rolled and seats bored in one setup where possible.
Route cards follow every order through the shop, so nothing depends on the operator remembering.
Materials and finishing
Working stock covers carbon steel SPCC / DC01, 304 and 316 stainless, aluminium, brass and copper with carbon steel or stainless specified on the drawing for this metal housing.
Finish selection follows the working environment: zinc, nickel or chrome plating, anodising, powder coating, electrophoresis and passivation. The choice is recorded on the drawing for this metal housing, so the decision never has to be made twice.
Every batch is checked against the approved sample, with mill certificates filed per heat.
Quality control
The factory operates with ISO 9001 certification: mill certificates cover every delivery of stock, first articles are measured on a CMM, and later batches follow the sampling plan agreed at approval. At window lift motor housing level, gear-bore alignment is checked at first article on a CMM, and noise-critical seats are gauged each run. If the assembly calls for torque, leak or pressure proof, the test is built into the quality plan, and the inspection report ships with each batch.
Applications
The metal housing is fitted into industrial machinery and equipment assemblies across automotive, appliance and industrial programmes.
The same metal housing is often run in more than one assembly, so one tooling set serves every position, without a second tooling round.
Specifications
| Item | Power window regulator motor housing |
|---|---|
| Brand | AUNOV |
| Designing | Quotation follows the print, not a catalogue – DFM notes are returned before any tooling is cut; the agreed version governs every later batch. |
| Tooling | Die design and toolmaking stay in house, so tooling lead time stays under our control, and maintenance is tracked against the part number. |
| Samples | Prototype and pre-production samples are provided against the drawing, so any deviation is corrected at sample stage, and mass production is gated on that approval. |
| Materials | Carbon steel (SPCC / DC01), 304 / 316 stainless, aluminium, brass and copper – the grade is matched to the duty of this housing. |
| Surface finish | Zinc / nickel / chrome plating or e-coat, chosen for the environment this housing sees; salt-spray tested to drawing. |
| Processing | Coil blanking, progressive drawing through 3-5 stages with anneals between, trim and pierce, then deburr and finish. |
| Equipment | 5-250 T mechanical presses and 250-500 T hydraulic presses, in-line annealing furnace, CNC turning for secondary work. |
| Tolerance | +/-0.01 mm on turned, milled or ground features; +/-0.03 mm on formed features; critical dimensions 100% gauged. |
| Delivery terms | FOB, with DDP offered for EU and US addresses, T/T with deposit and L/C for larger runs; sea or air freight is quoted to your door. |
