Aunov Tech builds this Copper tube with flared mouth and tapered mouth welding H59 H65 in copper, from coil or bar through to the finished surfaces. In service, the welded assembly combines stamped members into a finished sub-assembly ready for the line. Forming, machining and inspection share one floor, keeping first-article quality through scheduled runs without re-quoting the job elsewhere.
Product overview
This copper tube is defined by, wall thickness control, flange geometry and the sealing surface, audited against the approved sample at each production release.
Die work and machining for this copper tube sit on the same floor, which keeps the sample loop inside our own schedule, and the same die can be re-cut from the original data.
How it is manufactured
Every copper tube follows the same routed path: Sub-assemblies are welded in fixtures, then dressed and tested; weld penetration and leak-tightness are verified before finishing.
Each hinge bracket shipment is verified against the master sample before it leaves the shop. The signed hinge bracket sample remains the reference and is kept with the job file.
Materials and finishing
Our stock list runs to cold-rolled steel (SPCC / DC01), 304 / 316 stainless, aluminium, brass, copper and bronze and the grade agreed for this copper tube is T2 copper.
The surface treatment is picked to match the service conditions: zinc, nickel or chrome plating, anodising, powder coating, electrophoresis and passivation. The choice is recorded on the drawing for this copper tube, so the decision never has to be made twice.
Each hinge bracket shipment is verified against the master sample before it leaves the shop. The signed hinge bracket sample remains the reference and is kept with the job file.
Quality control
An ISO 9001 certified system governs production: incoming material is verified against mill certificates, a full CMM report approves the first article, and later batches follow the sampling plan agreed at approval. For the welded assembly, weld integrity is checked by tear or break sampling, and assembly gauges verify hole alignment each run. Where the application asks for it, torque, leak or pressure testing is added to the plan, and the inspection report ships with each batch.
Where the part is used
The copper tube sits in industrial machinery and equipment assemblies for OEM and Tier-1 customers.
This copper tube is supplied to several positions in the same machine, so one approved version covers the whole range, and cost per piece stays at the volume tier.
Customization and options
Options changed most often
Points customers normally tailor on this copper tube: coating, wall bands, flange profiles, threads and the degree of closure on the ends, and the batch pattern – prototype, pilot lot or scheduled production.
Quotes for this copper tube show which options the current die already supports, so the effect of a revision on price is clear up front. For the hinge bracket, tooling terms live in the quote – nothing is left implied.
Specifications
| Item | Copper tube with flared mouth and tapered mouth welding H59 H65 |
|---|---|
| Brand | AUNOV |
| Designing | Made to your 2D/3D drawings (PDF, DWG, STEP, IGS) – a manufacturability review comes back with the quotation; the same drawing is used for every repeat order. |
| Tooling | Die design and toolmaking stay in house, so die cost stays transparent, and ownership is confirmed on the quotation. |
| Samples | Sample parts are measured and reported before submission, so any deviation is corrected at sample stage, and later batches are gauged back to the signed sample. |
| Materials | Copper T2 / T3, annealed for forming; conductivity and grain data recorded per production lot. |
| Surface finish | Plating, coating or polishing to suit the drawing; finish thickness and adhesion checked on the first article. |
| Processing | Laser or TIG welding of formed components, dressing and leak testing, then finishing. |
| Equipment | Press shop with 5-250 T mechanical presses and dedicated dies, with in-house toolmaking to keep dies and fixtures maintained. |
| Tolerance | +/-0.03 mm on pierced holes, +/-0.1 mm on formed sections; critical dimensions carry CMM data with the shipment. |
| Delivery terms | CIF or DDP, with FOB available, payment by T/T or L/C, quoted in USD or EUR; price breaks tie to annual volume. |
Packaging and delivery
Finish comes first when packing this copper tube: the coating decides whether parts are interleaved, bagged or tray-packed, in sealed export cartons, palletised and marked as you direct.
