A stainless steel impeller, gear and flange set, machined and balanced. Impeller vanes are milled to profile so flow is symmetric – imbalance shows up as vibration and bearing wear downstream. Stainless suits pumped media that would corrode aluminum.
Function and Design
Impeller gear work is unforgiving: a few hundredths in the wrong place and the assembly will not go together. Our answer on the impeller gear is process control: fixed setups, recorded parameters and sampling through the run.
Key Features
- The flange doubles as a locating face and a sealing shoulder in a single piece.
- Stainless construction shrugs off washdown, humidity and process media without plating to chip or scratch through.
- Material certs and dimensional reports come with the batch on request.
- Material: The impeller gear runs on stainless steel (304 / 316) as standard; hardness or temper per print on request.
- Process: CNC turning and milling for the impeller gear, bar-fed where the geometry allows, flange trimmed and pierced in-die, gear teeth hobbed and checked.
- Finish: Natural by default on the impeller gear; plating, powder and e-coat options priced with the quotation.
- Size: Size is taken from the customer drawing; the impeller gear family range gives a starting point for quotation.
- Custom: Send the impeller gear drawing for a quotation with sample lead time and material options.
Where It Is Used
It earns its place in pump and valve assemblies, automation and robotics hardware, electronic and telecom enclosures.
Factory-Direct Advantage
We machine in house on maintained turning and milling centres. Inspection is done in a climate-controlled room, and any dimension that drifts stops the machine rather than the shipment.
