An aluminum enclosure with a side port machined for cable or tube entry. Port position and size are to print, with the port face finished flat so a gland seals directly. One-piece machined walls keep the enclosure rigid.
Function and Design
The enclosure is judged by the dimension nobody checks until a failure – fit, seal or concentricity. Any drift in the enclosure process is corrected at the machine, not sorted out at inspection.
