Stainless steel cylinders with threaded ports machined at intervals. Port threads are helically interpolated for a clean entry, and each cylinder is pressure-checked when the application demands it. Body bore is honed-smooth for moving internals.
What Makes It Work
- Gauged threads mean make-up torque is carried by the joint as designed.
- Stainless cylinder construction shrugs off washdown, humidity and process media without plating to chip through.
- Family page only: your dimensions and features come from your print.
- Material: stainless steel (304 / 316), with mill certificate and heat-number traceability supplied with the first article.
- Process: bar-fed CNC turning, with the cylinder milled in the same clamping, thread turning to gauge.
- Finish: The cylinder finish is set by the drawing: natural, plated or coated, with masking where required.
- Size: Final dimensions of the cylinder to your drawing; this page shows the family, your version is quoted from the print.
- Custom: OEM/ODM to print: the cylinder quotation includes material advice and tooling cost.
Where It Is Used
Typical applications include electronic and telecom enclosures, automation and robotics hardware, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Factory-Direct Advantage
We machine in house on maintained turning and milling centres. Inspection is done in a climate-controlled room, and any dimension that drifts stops the machine rather than the shipment.
OEM pricing and free samples on request, with manufacturability checked before quotation.
