Aunov Tech (“we”, “us”) manufactures deep drawn parts, metal stampings and CNC-machined components to customer drawings. These terms outline the basis on which we quote, produce and ship.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Tooling cost and per-piece price are quoted separately. Prices are based on the material grade, tolerance, surface finish and annual quantity stated in your enquiry; a change to any of these may require a revised quotation.
Orders and tooling
Tooling is charged in advance and becomes reusable for your programme. Where an order is cancelled after tooling has been produced, tooling charges are non-refundable.
Samples and approval
Samples are submitted for approval before mass production. Production proceeds only after written approval of the sample, and the approved sample defines the acceptance criteria for the batch.
Payment
First orders: 30% T/T in advance, balance against a copy of the bill of lading, or L/C. Repeat customers may agree T/T, L/C or D/P terms.
Lead time and shipment
Production is normally completed within 30 days after receipt of the down payment and sample approval. Shipment is by sea or air as agreed. Risk passes in accordance with the agreed Incoterm.
Quality and claims
Parts are produced under an ISO 9001 quality system. Any claim regarding quantity, appearance or dimensional conformity must be raised within 15 days of receipt. Our liability is limited to replacement of non-conforming goods or refund of the price paid for them.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Customer drawings, samples and specifications remain the customer’s property and are treated as confidential. We sign NDAs on request and do not disclose customer files outside our engineering team.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Where a signed contract exists, the contract prevails over these general terms.
