The Precision aluminum Stainless Steel hardware bend deep drawn Fabrication is produced by Aunov Tech from aluminum or stainless steel, formed and finished under one roof. On the product, the deep drawn part combines forming and machining to reach the print on every controlled face. Die work, machining and CMM inspection are all in-house, so repeat orders stay aligned with the approved sample on one production route.

Product overview

This stainless steel component is defined by, draw depth, wall band and the surfaces that forming cannot hold, each measured at first article and gauged on production batches.

Die work and machining for this stainless steel component sit on the same floor, which keeps the sample loop inside our own schedule, and the same die can be re-cut from the original data.

How it is manufactured

Production follows a defined route: The shell starts as coil or blank and is drawn through single and progressive dies; piercing and trimming are done in the same die line.

Each black l wall shipment is verified against the master sample before it leaves the shop. Mill certificates are filed per heat, so black l wall traceability survives a change of material batch.

Materials and finishing

Materials kept on the floor cover carbon steel SPCC / DC01, 304 and 316 stainless, aluminium, brass and copper with 304 / 316 stainless steel specified on the drawing for this stainless steel component.

The surface treatment is picked to match the service conditions: electrophoresis, powder coating, anodising and zinc / nickel plating. The finish on this stainless steel component is locked to the drawing revision, so later orders match.

Repeat black l wall orders are measured against the approved sample, so neither material nor finish drifts between lots. The signed black l wall sample remains the reference and is kept with the job file.

Quality control

An ISO 9001 certified system governs production: mill certificates cover every delivery of stock, the first article is CMM-measured against the print, and routine sampling keeps batches aligned with the first article. First article of the black l wall: CMM data on diameters, thread class confirmed by gauge. Where the application asks for it, torque, leak or pressure testing is added to the plan, and the batch file carries the results.

Applications

This stainless steel component normally works inside industrial and appliance assemblies for OEM and Tier-1 customers.

A single design of this stainless steel component is often reused across a product family, so the tightest tolerance in the family sets the spec, and the die does not have to change.

Options and variations

Where designs usually differ

Customer choices typically cover material (carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, brass), surface treatment, wall bands, flange forms, threads and bosses, closed ends and finishes matched to the working environment, and order shape – prototype lots first, scheduled volumes after approval.

Every change is quoted with its tooling consequence shown, making the cost of each choice clear before you commit.

Specifications

BrandAUNOV
DesigningSend drawings, or send a sample to be measured – samples are reverse-measured into a controlled drawing; revisions are re-quoted once rather than silently absorbed.
ToolingTooling is built and held under your part number, so tooling lead time stays under our control, and maintenance is tracked against the part number.
SamplesSample parts are measured and reported before submission, so the sample is retained as the master, and later batches are gauged back to the signed sample.
MaterialsCarbon steel, 304 / 316 stainless, aluminium and brass are all held in stock; special grades are sourced to the drawing when volumes justify.
Surface finishNatural, plated or coated – the print decides, and the agreed finish is logged; masking and laser marking available where needed.
ProcessingStamping and forming in a progressive die with minimal secondary work; batch records are filed so a repeat order starts from approved data.
EquipmentMechanical presses 5-250 T, in-press forming and piercing; secondary ops run on CNC turning centres, inspection on the CMM.
Tolerance+/-0.03 mm on pierced holes, +/-0.1 mm on formed sections; critical dimensions carry CMM data with the shipment.
Delivery termsFOB Ningbo or Shanghai, payment by T/T, L/C at sight or D/P; each volume tier carries its own quoted price.

Packaging and delivery

Packaging protects the finished surfaces of this stainless steel component: interleaves, bags or trays are matched to the surface treatment, in sealed export cartons, palletised and marked as you direct.
