Aunov Tech manufactures the Stainless Steel CNC Machined Check Valve Body in stainless steel on a single production floor. In duty, the CNC machined part carries the controlled features that forming alone cannot hold. Forming and machining share equipment, staff and batch records, which keeps tolerances consistent from sample to volume on one production route.

Product overview

The specification of this stainless steel valve turns on, the forming route, the tolerance band and the sealing faces, re-checked whenever the drawing is revised.

Die building, pressing and machining for this stainless steel valve are all in house, so feasibility questions are answered on the shop floor, and nothing about the route depends on a third party.

How it is manufactured

Production follows a defined route: Bar and plate are cut on CNC turning and milling centres; deburring and edge blending complete the operation before inspection.

Repeat finned heat sink orders are measured against the approved sample, so neither material nor finish drifts between lots. The approved finned heat sink sample governs later runs, and any grade change is agreed in writing first.

Materials and finishing

Our stock list runs to SPCC / DC01 carbon steel, 304 / 316 stainless, aluminium, brass, copper and bronze with this stainless steel valve costed in 304 / 316 stainless steel.

Because the part faces weather and wash cycles, the coating is chosen for durability: zinc and nickel plating, chrome, anodising, powder coating and passivation. The choice is recorded on the drawing for this stainless steel valve, so the decision never has to be made twice.

Each finned heat sink shipment is verified against the master sample before it leaves the shop. Mill certificates are filed per heat, so finned heat sink traceability survives a change of material batch.

Quality control

The factory operates with ISO 9001 certification: material traceability starts with mill certificates, a full CMM report approves the first article, and production batches are inspected on a sampling plan. First article of the finned heat sink: CMM data on diameters, thread class confirmed by gauge. Torque, leak and pressure tests are available where the assembly needs them, and the inspection report ships with each batch.

Applications

This stainless steel valve is used in pumps, valves and hydraulic equipment across automotive, appliance and industrial programmes.

This stainless steel valve is supplied to several positions in the same machine, so the specification is set by the toughest of them, and no re-tooling is needed.

Customization and options

Where designs usually differ

Points customers normally tailor on this stainless steel valve: material grade, wall band, flange shape, thread size and finish for the working environment, and whether the first order is a prototype, a pilot lot or a production release.

The quote for this stainless steel valve separates tooled options from new work, so the boundary between free and chargeable changes is explicit. Nothing is implied – on tooling, the quotation is the contract for the finned heat sink.

DesigningDriven by your drawing or a physical sample – samples are reverse-measured into a controlled drawing; the same drawing is used for every repeat order.
ToolingDie design and toolmaking stay in house, so the die charge appears as its own quotation line, and maintenance is tracked against the part number.
SamplesSample parts are measured and reported before submission, so the part is proven before it is made in volume, and later batches are gauged back to the signed sample.
MaterialsCarbon steel (SPCC / DC01), 304 / 316 stainless, aluminium and brass are held on site; grade and temper are confirmed in writing before tooling.
Surface finishFinish selected from the drawing: plating, coating, anodising or passivation; the agreed finish travels with the part number.
ProcessingTurning, milling and drilling sequenced to minimise handling and re-chucking; every stage is logged against your part number.
EquipmentBar-fed CNC turning centres plus 3- and 4-axis machining centres; secondary ops run on CNC turning centres, inspection on the CMM.
Tolerance+/-0.01 mm on turned and milled features; capability is checked on the first article before the run continues.
Delivery termsFOB, with DDP offered for EU and US addresses, payment by T/T or L/C, quoted in USD or EUR; each volume tier carries its own quoted price.

Packaging and delivery

The finish on this stainless steel valve dictates how it is packed: each coating gets its own packing – interleaves, bags or trays, in sealed cartons on export pallets, documented and marked to your instruction.
