Produced in stainless steel by Aunov Tech, the Custom End Closed Welding Stainless Steel Temperature Sensor Probe Sleeve is formed and machined on the same floor. In service, the sensor housing carries the active element while passing the signal through a sealed exit. Drawing, cutting and measurement sit on one floor, keeping first-article quality through scheduled runs without handing the part to another vendor.
Product overview
The drawing for this stainless steel sensor fixes, wall thickness control, flange geometry and the sealing surface, controlled from the approved first article onward.
Die building, pressing and machining for this stainless steel sensor are all in house, so a change of wall or hole does not restart the programme, and nothing about the route depends on a third party.
How it is manufactured
Production follows a defined route: Formed components are fixture-welded and dressed; welds are dressed flush where the drawing requires, then leak-tested.
Each shipment is traceable to the signed first article, so a repeat order starts from the same approved data.
Materials and finishing
Working stock covers cold-rolled steel (SPCC / DC01), 304 / 316 stainless, aluminium, brass, copper and bronze and this stainless steel sensor runs in 304 / 316 stainless steel.
The finish is chosen for a clean working surface: polishing, plating in zinc, nickel or chrome, anodising, powder coating, electrophoresis and passivation. It is fixed on the drawing for this stainless steel sensor, so repeat orders never reopen the question.
The saddle angle bracket tooling and setup record is stored against the part number, so nothing depends on someone remembering. First article, drawing revision and material cert travel with each saddle angle bracket batch.
Quality control
The plant is ISO 9001 certified: certificates verify each incoming batch of material, first articles are measured on a CMM, and every production run is inspected against the first-article report. On the saddle angle bracket, thread gauging and seal face inspection run on every batch. Tests for torque, leakage or pressure can be arranged when the service demands them, and the inspection report ships with each batch.
Applications
Typical installation of the stainless steel sensor is in temperature sensing and control assemblies across automotive, appliance and industrial programmes.
The same stainless steel sensor is often run in more than one assembly, so one tooling set serves every position, without a second tooling round.
Options and variations
Options changed most often
The usual variables are material and finish for the service environment, thread classes, hex or flange mounting, sealed cable exits, vent holes and finishes matched to the measured medium, and volume – from validation prototypes to scheduled call-off batches.
Every change is quoted with its tooling consequence shown, so decisions are easy to make.
Specifications
| Item | Custom End Closed Welding Stainless Steel Temperature Sensor Probe Sleeve |
|---|---|
| Brand | AUNOV |
| Designing | Quotation follows the print, not a catalogue – samples are reverse-measured into a controlled drawing; revisions are re-quoted once rather than silently absorbed. |
| Tooling | Tooling is built to the drawing and held against your part number for the life of the part. |
| Samples | Sample and first article are the same discipline here: measured, reported, then approved. |
| Materials | Carbon steel, 304 / 316 stainless, aluminium and brass are all held in stock; grade and temper are confirmed in writing before tooling. |
| Surface finish | Plating, coating or polishing to suit the drawing; the finish is inspected with the dimensional report on the first article. |
| Processing | Forming, fixture welding, weld dressing and inspection, then surface treatment. |
| Equipment | Mechanical presses 5-250 T, in-press forming and piercing, with in-house toolmaking to keep dies and fixtures maintained. |
| Tolerance | +/-0.05 mm on formed features, +/-0.1 mm on overall length; capability is checked on the first article before the run continues. |
| Delivery terms | FOB, CIF or DDP per Incoterms 2020, T/T or L/C, with D/P accepted on repeat business; each volume tier carries its own quoted price. |
Packing and shipment
Packing for this stainless steel sensor is chosen around the coating: interleaves, bags or trays are matched to the surface treatment, in sealed export cartons, palletised and marked as you direct.
